What we take on

• Drywall repair at scale — the accumulated dings, cart damage and patchwork in a space that's been occupied for years.
• Tenant improvement and make-ready — getting a unit back to leasable condition.

We're a small local crew, which makes us a good fit for offices, suites, retail units and small commercial buildings — and a poor fit for a large multi-story project that needs a fifteen-person crew. We'll tell you honestly if your job is bigger than us.
