Who you're hiring
Elite Carolina Builders is a local drywall and painting company working in Charlotte and about twenty miles around it. We're small on purpose. The person who answers the phone comes out to look at the job, writes the price, and is on site while the work happens.
Why we do both trades
Drywall and paint got split into two separate businesses somewhere along the way, and homeowners pay for it. The drywall crew leaves a patch that's flat and unpainted; the painter rolls over it and the seam telegraphs through; each one says it's the other's fault. We do the patching, the finishing, the texture matching and the paint, so the finished wall is one company's responsibility.
What we actually care about
Texture matching and clean edges. A repair that's structurally perfect but visibly a repair is a failed job. So is a beautiful paint job with drywall dust in the carpet and tape lines on the trim. We cover floors and furniture, control dust at the source, and clean up before we leave.
How we quote
Free, on site, in writing, with no obligation and no pressure. If a job is outside what we do well — a large multi-story commercial build, structural work, or plumbing behind a leak — we'll tell you and point you somewhere better instead of taking it and learning on your house.
Insurance
We carry insurance and we'll send proof before we start. Ask any contractor for it, including us.

Floors covered, dust controlled, texture matched. Most repairs are one visit; bigger jobs get a schedule up front.
