About the estimate

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. No charge for the visit, no charge for the measurement, no charge for the written price, and no obligation to book. If we look at it and tell you it's a fifteen-dollar tube of caulk, that costs you nothing.

How long does the visit take?

Usually fifteen to thirty minutes for a repair, longer for a whole-house repaint where every room has to be measured.

Will you pressure me to sign?

No. You get a written price and you decide on your own time. We don't do same-day-only discounts or any of the rest of it.

Can you quote from a photo?

Photos can be enough to discuss straightforward work, and they help us decide whether a visit is needed. Send a close-up, a wider view, measurements and your ZIP code. We will confirm what is included and whether we need to inspect the work before giving a firm written price. Photos alone do not book an appointment.
